Zach Codman

Zach currently serves in the Army National Guard in Carson City, Nevada, a commitment he shares alongside his wife. His deep-rooted service ethic defines both his military and civilian life.

For the past two years, he has served as a 3rd–6th grade teacher at his church, instilling values of respect, compassion, and community in young minds. Before that, he dedicated many evenings volunteering with the Reno‑Sparks Gospel Mission, serving meals to individuals experiencing homelessness and demonstrating unwavering empathy in action.

As a proud and active service member, Zach strongly believes in the importance of keeping the public focused on the honor and sacrifice of those in uniform.

He feels the weight and significance of this deeply, especially within his community and among peers his age. At 25, he recognizes that many of his contemporaries do not fully understand the military—the camaraderie, the sacrifice—that he experiences every time he reflects on these realities.

Professionally, Zach operates in the nuanced space of wealth management and tax strategy, helping navigate financial planning with clarity and purpose.

Zach is passionate about supporting initiatives like the Nevada Veterans Memorial Plaza: projects that maintain visibility for our service members, inspire civic pride, and bridge generational understanding. He is committed to furthering these missions through his blend of educational outreach, and heartfelt service to community and country.
