Nicole is a dedicated Navy veteran with 15 years of service—10 years on active duty and 5 in the reserves. Currently, she serves as the Lead Military and Family Readiness Specialist for the Nevada Army National Guard. In this role, she plays a vital part in supporting service members and their families, providing resources and assistance to help them navigate the challenges of military life.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Nicole is deeply committed to her community. She is actively involved in various organizations, including the American Legion, the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), and several National Guard boards.

Nicole's aspiration to serve as a Board Member of the Nevada Veterans Memorial Plaza stems from her profound desire to preserve the legacy of servicemen and women. Having experienced firsthand the weight of sacrifice, she views the Plaza not only as a memorial but also as a vital educational and communal space. It symbolizes remembrance and connection—particularly for younger generations who may not fully appreciate the true cost of freedom.

Nicole believes the Plaza has the power to inspire pride, healing, and awareness, and she is honored to contribute her time, passion, and experience to advancing that mission.
