Erika T. Aylesbury is currently a volunteer and liaison with the Nevada Veterans Memorial Plaza (NVMP) and the Blue Star Mothers groups in the Northern Nevada area. She has been married for over 25 years and has 3 adult kids: 1 daughter and 2 sons.  Both sons were in the Navy which is how she became involved with the Blue Star Mothers and then the NVMP. 

She began volunteering with the NVMP in July 2022 when the former liaison, Gwen Jensen, moved to Texas. Her goal is to share her love of volunteering and community with her passion for country and education at the NVMP.
