Garth Oksol is the Lead Program Manager for J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc.  Garth is an experienced Engineering Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the transportation industry. Strong operations professional skilled in Traffic Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Highways, Roadways, Bridge and Alternative Project Delivery.

Garth has served in this roll since February 2018.  Previously Garth was the Nevada State Manager for Parsons, where he oversaw the operations and business development for the state. Prior to that he worked for the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County for over 15 years and FHWA.  With the RTC of Washoe, Garth served as Project Manager and Engineering Manager. He was the Project Manager of over $400 million dollars’ worth of improvements with the largest share of that being the Southeast Connector now known as Veterans Parkway between Sparks and south Reno. 

In his free time Garth enjoys helping others improve their health, playing multiple sports, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with his family.  He’s been married over 20 years to his beautiful bride, Erin and they have three kids; Grace (18), Emily (15), and Zachary (9).
